Offers are subject to the conditions set out below. The access and use of this website and the services it is promoting and selling, constitutes the acceptance of these, which is why the visitor (herein: user; he or she, client, you, your, guest) should read them carefully. Access is free for all users (except for the cost of connection).

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 15:00 hours and check-out is at 12:00 hours (noon). Depending on availability, we sometimes have the possibility to offer a late check-out in room – sometimes at extra cost and sometimes free of charge. In any case you can stay within our facilities until the end of the day (mid-night), were you will enjoy access to changing rooms, showers and all our common areas (pool, bar, games rooms, etc.).

Deposit

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% of the total booking.

We sometimes have special offers, such as packs, or non-refundable rates, which in order to process the reservation as confirmed, require different deposit percentages or amounts. Non-refundable rates require 100% deposit payment. The pack Noche Glamurosa, likewise requires a 100% deposit payment. The packs Renacer Entre Cielo y Mar & Renacer Entre Cielo y Mar J&A requires a deposit varying on the dates and room category, between 50% and 100%.

If your credit or debit payment went through we confirm immediately. You will receive an email.
If you are paying by bank transfer it make take a little bit of time for us to confirm – since we need to receive it – and please send us an email as soon as you have processed the payment, since we have the right to resell the room/s or suite/s in your reservation fi we do not hear about your payment within 24 hours.

Prepayment

For your convenience, we allow you to pre-pay 100% up-front with normal booking conditions i.e. cancellation policy only applied on the deposit. This is especially helpful if you wish to pay with BitCoin or Bank Transfer, since we only accept these payment methods in advance (not the day of check-out).

Cancellation policy

We hope that you are happy with your reservation at the Hacienda Na Xamena, but if you find yourself disappointed for any reason, or simply have to cancel for other reasons, we’ll be happy to work with you to correct any issues. If you wish to cancel your reservation we ask that you send us a written notice by email: reservas@haciendanaxamena-ibiza.com

Our cancellation & refund conditions are the following:
- With 10 or more days’ notice, we will refund 100% of the deposit + any additional prepayments. Free cancellation.
- Between 10 and 3 days in advance if for reasons of force majeure you cannot travel, we will keep the deposit for a future stay (subject to conditions & rates for new dates), but we will refund any additional prepayment.
- With less than 3 days’ notice we cannot refund the deposit, but we will refund any additional prepayment.

Exceptional cancellation policies exist depending on the season and may over-ride the standard above. To know more about packs please see further below, packs section.

We sometimes have special offers such as non-refundable rates, which have different cancelation policies. Non-refundable rates are, as the title suggests, non-refundable, which means that under no circumstances can the reservation/s be modified or cancelled.

If we have an issue that we cannot solve, the European Union has available to online sellers and consumers a platform for online disputes with possibility of using such a platform to resolve disputes. We provide the link to access the page: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Early departure, no-show, or cancellation on arrival

In case of early departure, no show, or cancellation on arrival, the Hacienda Na Xamena will charge the total amount of your reserved stay for all reserved rooms and/or suites. This is standard practice among hotels – primarily due to the difficulty or inability to resell the reserved room on such a short notice.

Bookings

Pets are usually not allowed within the hotel facilities and rooms. But sometimes we do exceptions depending on the category of room you desire, and what time of the season. So if you want to bring your pet, please contact us: reservas@haciendanaxamena-ibiza.com

Guests with reduce mobility are welcome in the hotel. We have two rooms that accommodate you with all the necessary equipment in the bathroom. Our main pool also has an electronic chair that can help get into the pool. Likewise, we have a special access in reception with ramps to allow you to smoothly move into and out of the hotel. That being said, guests with reduced mobility will not be able to enjoy all the services of the hotel, as for instance special spa treatments and classes require movement, etc.

A maximum of 5 rooms may be booked via our website per reservation. Larger reservations we consider as groups and we kindly ask you to get in touch with our events department: eventos@haciendanaxamena-ibiza.com. We believe this can be mutually beneficial since we can allocate better rooms and bestow you better rates – always depending on availability.

The Hacienda Na Xamena will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond our control. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, fire and explosions.

By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information about us and Ibiza as a destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your reservation and Ibiza as a destination, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our in-house survey.

Packs

Some rate plans require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description. For instance the pack Noche Glamurosa is for these rate plans, once you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation. They are closed offers.

The same conditions apply to all other packs, except deposit payment amount which may vary depending on the pack.

Special Requests

Although the Hacienda Na Xamena will confirm specific room types or bed types at the time you make your reservation, normally requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that. In our special request box guests can ask for specifics, which also remain just that, requests. While we will strive to honour your requests, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honoured.

Payment methods

Payment methods accepted are: any valid credit or debit card, and via bank transfer. Payment is safely processed from your credit or debit card or bank account to our bank account provider through a third party payment processor: REDSYS (www.redsys.es).

If you select the option to pay via bank transfer, the Hacienda Na Xamena highly recommends you to process the payment as soon as possible; as if you do not give any proof of payment within 24 hours, the Hacienda Na Xamena reserves the right to resell the room/s or suite/s in your reservation.

Once you have processed the bank transfer to pay for the required deposit we ask that you send the reservations team an email: reservas@haciendanaxamena-ibiza.com, with your name and booking number in the subject line, and attach proof of your bank transfer. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the required deposit.

We accept BitCoin with our secure payment provider BitPay (www.bitpay.com). Your BitCoin payment has to be processed within 15 minutes; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Once you have successfully processed the payment, for the reservation to be fully confirmed, it can take up to 24 hours. This is outside of our control and inherent to the way the BitCoin network and block-chain operate.

For these payment methods, the Hacienda Na Xamena does not charge any extra fees, although to pay via bank transfer – your bank may charge you fees, which are to be paid by you, the buyer.

In case of a payment default pursuant to the fraudulent use of a means of payment, the Hacienda Na Xamena shall apply administrative costs to the client.

Prices and validity

Prices can be shown in other currencies at current exchange rates. However, we only accept Euros (€) as final payment. All prices are per room and suite or product unless otherwise stipulated (in packs).

The prices are final prices including the value added tax (VAT) prescribed by Spanish law for accommodation: as of this writing 10%; and the value added tax (VAT) prescribed by Spanish law for other products and services: as of this writing 21%.

Best Price Guarantee: we want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay at the Hacienda Na Xamena. Should you find your reservation, with the same conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a reservation through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate, or the refund the higher portion of the price per night.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on other third party websites (with whom we may or may not have a contractual agreement) for a specific stay, however, these rates made by these websites may carry special restrictions and conditions. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly before contacting us to compare the rates.

In some areas of our website prices are shown as “from ….” which comes to state that this is the lowest price for the selected date range. The final price per night may be different, since a price per night in your selected date range may be available at a higher rate and some at a lower rate – the final price per night is a calculated average for the selected date range.

From the first of January 2018 onwards all hotels and resorts in our category in the Balearic Islands have to ask their guests to pay a tourist tax of 4€ per adult per day plus VAT. It applies only to guests who are 18 years old or older. This tax is compulsory and out of our control.

The Hacienda Na Xamena retains official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.

Additional options and extras

All additional options and extras have been certified by us. Sometimes we may offer exclusive discounts via our website. All extras are prepaid according to the deposit – meaning you agree to pay the deposit percentage amount by processing the reservation. Unless otherwise stated, all the additional options and extras booked via our website are refundable.

For transfers we work with outside companies that apply their own cancellation policy described here below. If cancelled more than 7 days before of the date of service, no penalty. If cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the service, we will charge 50% of the total cost. If cancelled with less than 48 hours before the service date we will charge 100% of the total cost.

Gift vouchers

At this moment we do not yet provide gift vouchers.

Software

The online accommodation reservation service provided on these pages and through the website is owned by the Hacienda Na Xamena and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Conditions of use of this website

The user agrees to make proper use of this website in accordance with the Law, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, the user will be liable to the Hacienda Na Xamena for any damages that may be caused by breach of this obligation.

The user may only use this website to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this website for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

This website is to be used by the user for his or her personal use only. Commercial uses of this website are strictly prohibited. You agree that the user will not use this website for chain letters, junk mail, “spamming”, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. You agree not to pretend to be any other person or a representative of any entity, whether actual or fictitious, including an employee or agent of the Hacienda Na Xamena or any third party that provides services related to this website. Any reservation made that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions is subject to cancellation at our (Hacienda Na Xamena) sole and absolute discretion.
The user agrees that he or she will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy the website or any content or information contained herein, unless the user has obtained prior express written consent from the Hacienda Na Xamena.

The use of the website for purposes injurious to property or interests of the Hacienda Na Xamena or that in any way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment, or products and applications is expressly prohibited.
