The panels & consumption
Our 92 hybrid solar panels are bestowing, on peak summer days, up to 25% of our daily electricity needs, and up to 100% of our daily thermal energy needs.
The panels are all installed on our roof, and while you relax and enjoy the sun, they are collaboration with the sun & producing clean energy. Please check the little tablet screen next to the front desk to be up to date on the production amounts, trees saved, and CO2 emissions avoided (see image below).
Goals
Our idea is to one day be fully energy independent. We work very hard towards it, and will continue doing so in the years to come. We work in collaboration with a local & pioneering company called Terravita, who are working with us to make our transition to fully energy independent a real success.
